Regional/Master Franchisees (MF)

We have a number of high-earning positions / opportunities available for the business person who may be over-qualified for a franchise, but none-the-less wish to become part of a structured group or a franchise group, but to do so in a senior-management capacity.

The MF will act as the Regional Franchisor, under license of the National Franchisor. Depending on the option taken and negotiated between the NF and MF, the MF may earn as much as 75% of the franchise fee generated from all franchises within its region, and could earn as much as 50% of the Royalties earned from all collective franchisees under its control.

The ideal candidate will preferably have franchise experience, in a management environment, but will have a solid background in a national service oriented environment, in a senior management capacity. Will be financially secure and able to perform all the usual duties and responsibilities associated with a position of this nature.

The MF will also be appointed as a member of the Board of Directors of the NF, and would need to be able to deliver critical contributions to the group on this level.
